He has nearly 30 years experience in financial investment and structured finance, including bonds, interest rates and foreign exchange derivatives. He also has experience in planning, research, dealing, fund-raising, syndicated loan and risk management.

He has been through several financial investment companies, including Korea Development Bank, LKFS, Algorithmics, and Tullett Prebon, in Korea, Singapore and Hong Kong.

In addition, recently he has been working as a mentor to several startups including Fintech firms.

He has earned a bachelor's degree and a master's degree (Finance concentration) in Business Administration from Yonsei University.
